Security Profile

A unique code to describe this security profile. The format is up to 10 characters.

Pay Frequencies

If you wish to restrict access to employee's records by pay frequency, enter here the pay frequencies to which this security profile may have access. You may enter any combination of:

Option	Description
W	Weekly
F	Fortnightly
M	Monthly
4	4 Weekly
A	Half Monthly

If you enter any pay frequencies, this security profile will have access to employees paid on these frequencies only.

Active Employees Only

This option allows for the records based on the status of the employees to be viewed by a manager of Self-Service. Tick the box to view employees with a status of 'A' (Active) on the manager's Self Service window. If the employee has previous employment records with a status of 'R' or 'T', these details are viewed.

Level Codes

Access can be restricted by organisation units; if any of the levels are left blank, access is granted to all units within that level, provided that any other criteria is met.
